Open House a success!
Thank you to all who came and supported Kairos 10 as we hosted our first open house and appreciation sale! This was the first event to thank our faithful customers and supporters, and to invite friends and family to purchase bracelets and invest in the vision of K10.
Our Kairos team traveled to Ghana last month and returned with many new bracelets and designs. The open house was the first opportunity to see the new designs and find gifts for graduation, Mother's Day and other special occasions. Among some of the newest designs are bracelets made with genuine agate, amethyst, and turquoise. Other special designs included a bracelet of multi-colored waist beads, and rosary bracelets, made with the unique Ashanti beads.
Each purchase provided an insecticide-treated mosquito net of the highest quality to a family in malaria-stricken Ghana, West Africa. (To date Kairos has provided over 1,000 such nets to aid families in this region.) Thank to every person who attended and helped K10 provide over 200 nets to Ghana! What an incredible blessing!
Customers and hostesses included K10 Founder, Phyllis Morris, Gwen Jones, Belinda Love, Alicia Crawley, and others who have all traveled to Ghana. Also in attendance were many members of Southern Hills Baptist Church, who have supported the mission of Kairos 10 from the beginning. Special thanks to Julie Ryker and Gwen Jones, who along with others who helped guests shop and learn more about the vision of Kairos 10.
Please continue to pray for the future of the ministry and that God will continue to use and bless us in carrying His love to the people of Ghana. Thank you for your support!
