600 new bracelets in the US!

Kairos 10 received a huge blessing as a new "Ghana" friend has delivered between 500-600 new bracelets to us today!  The new bracelets are beautiful and we will be getting them to our stores in Pryor, and here in Tulsa very soon, so keep watching the blog for new pics at Village Shop and opportunities to view and purchase the new bracelets.  Our net count is now over 2,000, but the needs are still very great in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

Thank you for your continued support of Kairos, and your desire to see the future of Africa changed!  Check out the new designs and send a net to our friends in Africa!

Campaign to end child slavery in Ghana

On the last Kairos trip in April, the group of ladies visited a home in Frankadua, Ghana where girls rescued from an outlawed practice of slavery, are being given hope and a future in Christ.  Everyone on the trip was touched by their time with the girls and returned with a desire to partner with the home and support these young women.

Recently ID Ministries, a ministry here in Oklahoma has made it their mission to start a campaign to support the efforts of the girls home in hopes that much will be accomplished to fight child trafficking in Africa.  To learn more about the campaign, please visit: Buy this shirt- ID Ministries Facebook fan page or ID Ministries website.  Thank you ID Ministries for bringing awareness to this issue and working to bring hope in the lives of young women who have been victimized!
